Hi, my name is Beth Ensign Shepherd
-I've been training dogs professionally for the last ten years.
-I believe in using positive reinforcement to train and use a wide
variety of behavioral techniques.
-I've trained and served on the training advisory board of a service
dog organization for six years as well as teaching therapy dog classes.
-I've apprenticed with a behaviorist and several area OTCH trainers.
-I have worked and taught group classes in everything from puppy
manners to competition and every level in between.
-Two of my canine companions and I comprise an Animal Assisted
Therapy team, motivating the elderly in their physical therapy and
assisting in their overall care, and I compete in obedience with a third.
My goal in training is to make it a fun and productive experience
for both you and your canine companion. I hope you will find, as I
have, once you start training a dog it is nearly impossible to stop!
